Every organization has a mission that resides at the center of its existence.
Its success and performance is dependent upon the rhythm and synergy of three elements: the organizational persona (its culture), its systems and its people.
When analyzed and treated as separate, each element stands alone as independent dots...or notes on a musical staff…They are solo pieces of music. When treated as connected, dependent notes, these elements create a symphony unique to the organization.
Business practices, systems and processes that limit the sense of freedom, purpose and possibility for individual growth can create a costly “revolving door” for an organization, leaving them vulnerable and unable to propel their mission. A culture that is at odds with an organization’s strategy and ways of working is a destined to become a cacophony of mis-aligned sounds.
